1. How can I make a booking
If you want to make a reservation, the first thing you should do is write or call us to find out about availability on the dates you need. Then it is necessary to send a deposit to confirm the reservation (€150), this deposit will be deducted from the first month's payment.
2. Is there a minimum of months of rent?
There is no minimum number of months to rent, it will only be necessary for the room to be available when you need it.
3. Do I have to pay a deposit for possible damage to the house or room?
Yes, when you arrive at the house you have to deliver a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. This deposit will be returned when the stay ends and it is verified that there is no damage to the house or room and that the last electricity bill is paid.
4. What day is the rent paid?
Rent is paid on the 1st of each month. If the tenant's entry is before the 10th, the first month will be charged the proportional days of the stay of that month. If the tenant enters after the 10th, the tenant will have to pay the proportional days of the month that enters and advance the following month in the first. The next payment will be made on day 1.
5. Is a contract made for the stay?
Yes, we make a contract for each stay, so that you can present it at the University or at work, if someone asks you to. To make the contract we will need your personal data, date of entry and exit and address for notifications.
