House's rules
Parties
It is forbidden to hold parties in the house. Students who like tranquility are sought. Parties may disturb housemates who are studying for an exam or may disturb neighbors in the building.
Noise from 00.00
It is forbidden to make noise after 00.00. The roommates need quiet, sleep and be able to study without noise.
Share room
All the rooms in the house are individual, only one person per room can live and sleep.
Animals
Animals are not allowed in the house. Housemates may have allergies or may be afraid of animals.
