Weekly cleaning of common areas
Every week a cleaning company comes to the house to clean the common areas. Only common areas, the cleaning company does not enter the individual rooms.

Each room has its own radiator so that each person can set the most comfortable temperature.

Kitchen has a 32-inch TV, with the installed applications of Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO... They also have the possibility of connecting the PC via HDMI.
